I've always wanted to dive into digital music and with all the time spent at home during 2020 Covid-19 lockdowns it was finally the right moment. This year was all about learning and experimenting. I bought a sold several sequencers, drum machines and lots of effects pedals. I learned Studio One, midi drum controllers and looping pedals. Lots of playing around, watching YouTube videos, along with hours spent rearranging patch cords and gear. In the end a looping pedal set-up with a couple drum machines, sequencer and my guitars is where I found my place. I finally feel ready to settle into a method and begin learning the ins and outs. In the process of this year I created some interesting tracks that I've complied into this album. I'm ready to begin the school of looping, so everything that came before this moment was Pre-School.
